$249/month, all-in. The price on this page is the price you pay — month 1, month 6, month 16.

Prescription products require evaluation by a licensed clinician, who will determine if a medication is appropriate. Individual results vary. Medication is not appropriate for everyone.

How it works

No gimmicks. A medical program, run properly.

Four steps, and a real clinician makes every medical decision — not an algorithm, not a chatbot.

1

2-minute eligibility check

Answer straightforward health questions. If GLP-1 therapy isn't right for you, we tell you that plainly — we'd rather lose the sale than your trust.

2

Meet your clinician

A licensed provider in your state reviews your history and meets you by video where required. You'll know their name, credentials, and license number.

3

Medication shipped cold, fast

If prescribed, your medication ships overnight in temperature-monitored packaging from our named, accredited partner pharmacy. Warm on arrival? Free reship, no argument.

4

Ongoing care, not a subscription trap

Dose titration, side-effect check-ins before week 2 (not after you complain), unlimited messaging, and a maintenance plan for keeping it off.

Pricing

The price never rises with your dose.

Most telehealth programs advertise a cheap first month, then step the price up as your dose titrates. We think that's a bait-and-switch. Here's our entire price list.

Core program

TrueNorth Program

$249/month
Month 1 price = month 16 price. Locked.
  • Licensed clinician evaluation & ongoing supervision
  • GLP-1 medication, if prescribed — all dose levels included
  • Overnight cold-chain shipping, included
  • Side-effect support & unlimited care messaging
  • Dose titration managed by your clinician
  • Cancel anytime in one click — honored same day

Maintenance Plan

$149/month
For keeping it off — because stopping cold is where most programs fail you.
  • Lower-dose continuation protocol, clinician-managed
  • Quarterly clinician check-ins
  • Metabolic habit coaching & relapse-prevention plan
  • Switch between Core and Maintenance freely
  • Same one-click cancellation
The TrueNorth Price Pledge. The price you sign up at is the price you keep, at every dose, for as long as you're a member. You get an email receipt before every charge, not after. Cancellation is one click, self-serve, and takes effect immediately — no retention phone maze, no "let me transfer you." If we ever break this pledge, that month is free.
Why TrueNorth

Read the fine print — ours and theirs.

The weight-loss telehealth category has a trust problem: surprise price hikes, subscriptions you can't cancel, stock-photo "doctors." We built TrueNorth as the point-by-point opposite.

Straight talk on safety

This is real medication. Treat it that way.

GLP-1 therapy works for many people, and it has real risks and side effects. You deserve both halves of that sentence before you pay anyone anything.

Common side effects

  • Nausea (most common, typically weeks 2–4), vomiting, diarrhea or constipation
  • Fatigue, headache, injection-site irritation
  • Reduced appetite — the intended effect, but it can be pronounced

Who should not take GLP-1s

  • Personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2 syndrome
  • History of pancreatitis
  • Type 1 diabetes, or currently taking insulin without close supervision
  • Anyone whose clinician determines the risks outweigh the benefits — and ours will say so
Important disclosures. TrueNorth is not a pharmacy and does not manufacture or compound medication. Medications are prescribed only when a licensed clinician determines they are appropriate, and are dispensed by an accredited, state-licensed partner pharmacy identified to you by name before you pay. If your treatment plan involves a compounded medication, know this: compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. Serious side effects, including pancreatitis and gallbladder problems, have been reported with GLP-1 medications. This website is educational and is not medical advice.
FAQ

Questions men actually ask us.

Is the price really flat? What's the catch?

Flat. $249/month for the Core Program at every dose level, $149/month for Maintenance. The "catch" in this industry is normally that the advertised price is a first-month teaser that steps up as your dose titrates — we don't do that, and the Price Pledge above puts a penalty on us if we ever slip: the month we get it wrong is free.

How do I cancel?

One click from your account page. It takes effect immediately, you get a confirmation email, and you will not be charged again. No phone call, no chat queue, no "retention specialist." If you'd rather step down to the $149 Maintenance plan instead of leaving entirely, that's one click too — but it's an offer, never an obstacle.

Will I actually talk to a doctor?

Yes. A licensed clinician in your state reviews your full intake, and a synchronous video or phone visit is available in every state — and required in states whose laws mandate it. You'll know your clinician's name and license number, and you can message them (not a bot) throughout your treatment. AI helps us run scheduling and logistics; it does not make medical decisions and it does not impersonate clinicians.

What medication will I get?

That's your clinician's call, made with you. Depending on your health profile, options may include FDA-approved GLP-1 medications or, where clinically appropriate and lawful, a compounded formulation from our named partner pharmacy — with the FDA-approval distinction explained to you plainly before anything ships. If medication isn't right for you at all, we'll tell you that too.

What happens when I reach my goal weight?

This is where most programs quietly fail: studies show a majority of people who stop GLP-1s regain weight within a year. Our Maintenance Plan ($149/mo) exists for exactly that — clinician-managed lower-dose continuation, quarterly check-ins, and a habit program designed for keeping it off, not just losing it.

Is my health data safe?

Your records live in HIPAA-compliant systems with authenticated access only, encrypted in transit and at rest, and we sign business associate agreements with every vendor who touches them. We will never sell your health data. Period.

Do you take insurance?

We're cash-pay, which is how we keep pricing flat and simple. We'll provide documentation you can submit to your HSA/FSA, and if an FDA-approved medication your insurance covers is the better path for you, your clinician will say so — even though it means you buy it elsewhere.
